Roasted Vegetable Wrap (vegan): roasted sweet potato, bell pepper, zucchini, eggplant, onion, spinach, hummus, balsamic glaze.
Falafel Wrap (vegan): falafel, quinoa tabbouleh, hummus, pickled onions, spinach.
“Egg” Salad Sandwich (vegan): seasoned scrambled tofu, dijon mayo, boston lettuce, tomato.
Choice of side salad
Lemon-Cran and Goat Cheese Greens (vegetarian): arugula, spinach, goat cheese, romaine lettuce, craisins, lemon vinaigrette, sunflower seeds.
Tahini Caesar (vegan): romaine lettuce, kale, tahini caesar dressing, croutons, fried onions.

Place settings

Cancellation
Cancellations require 24 hours notice or may be subject to a 50% surcharge.

Although we strive for accuracy in both copy and illustration, some items may not be shipped exactly as pictured or described on our website or in our menu. We reserve the right to correct any errors. Prices, menu items and availability are subject to change without notice. Delivery available to surrounding areas outside the GTA, additional charges will apply.
DELIVERY: A minimum $30 delivery charge applies to all deliveries in the GTA but will be calculated based on shipping address. Deliveries are available from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm, 7 days a week; 365 days a year. All orders are delivered cold in our refrigerated trucks. For special delivery requests, please call our catering consultants. Please allow 1-hour delivery window from delivery time selected.
Please Note: Many of our products do contain peanuts or tree nuts, or may have come in contact with nut products. We take every precaution to avoid contact with allergenic materials, but are unable to guarantee it. We advise that anyone with nut allergies use the utmost caution or refrain from eating our products. Our customers’ well-being is our greatest concern.
